This service is ideal if you live close to the property and prefer to look after the day-to-day management and general maintenance of the tenant and property yourself. We find your tenant and you deal with legal and safety requirements, management, rent collection and rent arrears should they occur.

Let only service - your contact details...

Let only service means we don't manage the property so the tenant is required to have your contact details (address and phone number/s) so they are able to contact you in the event of any problems during the tenancy.

How much is this service?
The fee for this service is just £350 with No VAT! No fees are payable until we find your tenant. Visit compare packages to compare with our other services.


Are there any additional costs?
The only additional costs would be for other services you request that are not included with our Let only service. See Compare packages and Optional services.

 

What do I need to do?
As a landlord you have certain obligations to ensure your property complies with current regulations, that your tenant is safe and that your safety certificates are up-to-date throughout the term of the tenancy. If you instruct us to let your property we can guide you in the right direction here and arrange Safety Certificates for you if you wish (upon request). For more details see Landlord Guidelines and Safety Regulations.

 

What if I want to change to Fully Managed later?
Simple. If in the future you decide you would like the property to be managed just let us know and we'll arrange it.

 

How do I get started with this service?
